Who can you trust?

That is a pretty vast statement, some would say. Lately the media has revealed that there have been some harmful affects from using different medicines and pain relievers. It wasn't really that shocking. What was disturbing was they named acetaminophen. I remember every time i took one of my children to the doctor, they always wrote me a prescription of Tylenol(which contains acetaminophen). It seems as if every 3-4 months or so there is some type of lawsuit you can file because of some class action against doctors or pharmaceutical companies. That can be pretty scary. Everyone at one time or another may need some relief from some sort of ailment or discomfort. NOW WHAT? Do we continue to use the OTC drugs that have been deemed harmful or do we just home remedy ourselves to "death". I hope i am using the word death figuratively. Not only do we have to be concerned about the effects of the OTC drugs but also the long term effect it will have on our vital organs. When it comes to the well being of ourselves and our families we have to be really careful about the decisions we make to stay healthy.
